A) Sending
At Shaula Comfort, we work very hard to manufacture, prepare, and deliver your products in a very short period of time. We ship our products throughout Europe. We guarantee delivery within 2 to 6 business days, depending on the shipping company and the destination country.
The delivery time begins when we receive the order during our business hours. Once the order is shipped, Shaula Comfort will email you the tracking number so you can track your order.
Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national or local holidays, when deliveries are not made. Delivery times may be affected due to causes beyond Shaula Comfort's control (inclement weather, strikes, loss, etc.). If this occurs, we will inform you.
B) WITHDRAWAL
You must return or deliver the goods directly to SHAULA CONFORT S.L., c/ las tejeras, 12 – Yecla (Murcia), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods, and you must manage the shipping yourself. You will only be liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, amending the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, states that:

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts that refer to:
The provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, where performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user, and with the acknowledgment by the consumer that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by the trader, they will lose their right of withdrawal.
The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the trader cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
The supply of goods made to the consumer’s and user’s specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which, after delivery and considering their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of concluding the sales contract, which cannot be delivered within 30 days, and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations that the trader cannot control.
Contracts in which the consumer and user have specifically requested a visit from the trader to carry out urgent repair or maintenance work; if, during that visit, the trader provides additional services not specifically requested by the consumer, or supplies goods other than spare parts necessarily used to carry out the repair or maintenance, the right of withdrawal should apply to those additional goods or services.
The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
The supply of daily newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.
Contracts concluded through public auctions.
The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than serving as a dwelling, the transport of goods, car rental, catering, or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.
The supply of digital content which is not provided on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment by them that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

C) Guarantees
In case of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, with the repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract. These procedures shall be free of charge for the consumer and user.
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of three years from the date of delivery.
